+ How do I buy a v2route VPN plan?
Go to the homepage, pick a plan, register and pay. Your config and subscription link appear in your dashboard the moment payment confirms. Want to test first? Grab the free trial via our Telegram bot — no card required.
+ What do I get with each plan?
A traffic-based subscription (e.g. 50 GB or 100 GB) plus a subscription link you load into any V2Ray client. Our guarantee: until your traffic is fully used, if a server fails we replace your config for free.
+ Can I buy from abroad for my family in Iran?
Yes — this is one of our main use cases. Pay from abroad with crypto or card, then send the config or QR over WhatsApp/Telegram. Your family just installs V2RayNG on Android or Streisand on iOS and connects in one tap.

Payment methods

+ Which payment methods do you accept?
Three options: Zarinpal (Iranian bank cards), card-to-card rial transfers, and crypto (USDT on TRC20 and BTC). For international payments, crypto is the fastest path.
+ What do I send for a crypto payment?
After picking the crypto option, you see the wallet address. Once sent, upload your TXID (transaction hash) or a screenshot, or both — one is enough. We confirm after network confirmation, usually within a few minutes.
+ How long does a Zarinpal payment take?
Zarinpal is instant. After gateway confirmation you land on the receipt page and your config is live in your dashboard. If your account is charged but no config appears, ping Telegram support — resolved within minutes.

Protocols (V2Ray, Reality, WireGuard)

+ What is V2Ray and why does it work well in Iran?
V2Ray is a proxy platform supporting multiple protocols (VLESS, VMess, Trojan) that disguises traffic as ordinary HTTPS. That makes it more durable in Iran than OpenVPN or WireGuard. Read the full V2Ray explainer.
+ What is Reality and how does it differ from plain TLS?
Reality is a newer camouflage layer over VLESS that borrows a real website's TLS handshake (e.g. cloudflare.com). Deep packet inspection then can't tell the VPN apart from normal traffic. Currently the strongest option for Iran.
+ Which protocol is best for Netflix streaming or gaming?
For HD streaming and gaming, VLESS + Reality offers the best mix of speed and stability. WireGuard is faster but less durable on Iran's national network. Each of our configs includes both Reality and WebSocket — switch fast if one slows down.

Setup on Android, iOS, Windows, Mac

+ How do I install on Android?
Install V2RayNG from the Play Store, tap + at the top, choose "Import config from clipboard" or "Import from QR", paste your subscription link, then tap the V icon — connected. Full walkthrough: Android install guide.
+ What about iOS? My App Store is Iranian.
Streisand and Shadowrocket were removed from the Iranian App Store. You'll need a non-Iranian Apple ID (US works well) to install from that storefront. Streisand is free and our recommendation. See the iOS install guide.
+ Windows and Mac?
Windows: download v2rayN from GitHub, paste your subscription, right-click a config and Set as active. Mac: V2Box or Hiddify are best. Guides: Windows | Mac.

Connection troubleshooting

+ Drops on Irancell, MCI, or Rightel. What can I do?
Iranian carriers occasionally squeeze certain IP ranges. First refresh your subscription in-app (circle icon at top of the list) to pull fresh servers. If still flaky, switch from Reality to WebSocket, or message Telegram support for a replacement config.
+ It won't connect at all. First steps?
Three quick checks: (1) Re-copy your subscription link from the dashboard — it may have rotated. (2) Set your phone clock to automatic (V2Ray is time-sensitive). (3) Fully close and reopen the app. Still nothing? Ping Telegram support.

Refunds & guarantee

+ What's your refund policy?
Within 24 hours of purchase, if you've used less than 10% of your traffic, you can request a full refund. After that, our "until-traffic-runs-out" guarantee takes over: any broken config is replaced free until your purchased traffic is fully used. Full details: refund policy.
